Meet Grace E.F. Smith
Grace E.F. Smith, a Pensacola native, practices family law with a focus on divorce, paternity, relocation, adoption, and domestic violence injunction cases. She takes time to understand what each client—and their children—need, aiming to ensure a seamless transition for the entire family following a divorce. When a case turns contentious, whether it's a divorce or a domestic violence injunction matter, Grace advocates firmly and aggressively on her client's behalf.
She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale. While there, she worked as a Research Assistant in Evidence and took on leadership roles across several student groups: she led the NSU chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers as President, was the Elections Chairwoman for the Student Bar Association, and served as the Symposium Coordinator for the NSU Sports & Entertainment Law Society. She also took part in the University of Miami's Counseling Creators Arbitration Competition.
Prior to law school, Grace earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she played Division II volleyball.
